
Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Associate to join Huskee Digital! This is a full-time, remote role focused on supporting our operations and finance teams through administrative tasks and coordination work.
You’ll play a key role in managing documents, assisting with payments and collections, and ensuring our internal processes run smoothly. If you thrive in structured environments, love getting things in order, and have a knack for follow-ups and coordination, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with collections from clients and processing payments to suppliers
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document filing, updating trackers, and supporting government-related submissions
- Manage and organize internal files and ensure proper documentation across departments
- Coordinate with suppliers for payment processing and documentation
- Support finance and operations teams with day-to-day tasks
- Take on other related administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, finance, or operations support role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Excellent follow-through and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
- Experience with government filings or working with PH-based suppliers is a plus
