Role Description

We’re looking for a sharp, empathetic, and systems-driven People & Culture Manager to join Huskee Digital! This is a full-time remote role focused on growing our team, strengthening our culture, and making sure our people thrive.

You’ll help us hire top-tier talent, track performance and KPIs, resolve team tensions with clarity and care, and champion a culture that’s fun, focused, and high-performing. If you love people—but love structure just as much—this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from crafting job posts to onboarding new hires
  • Build systems to track KPIs, performance, and growth for individuals and teams
  • Be a culture guardian—making sure our values show up in how we work, not just what’s written on paper
  • Coach team leads on people management, conflict resolution, and goal alignment
  • Handle sensitive people issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Own employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, compliance
  • Roll out engagement and retention initiatives: performance reviews, feedback loops, growth planning
  • Keep a pulse on organizational health—flag red flags, support restructuring, and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • At least 5–6 years experience in HR, people operations, or team management
  • Strong background in performance tracking, team dynamics, and organizational culture
  • Excellent communicator and listener—someone people naturally trust
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and driving alignment
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and project management platforms
  • Bonus: Experience in creative, marketing, or agency environments
