ABOUT THE PROJECT

Camou For Men is a local skincare brand in the Philippines designed specifically for men. They began with everyday grooming essentials like a Mattifying Sun Stick and Lip Defense, and have since expanded into a full self-care line that includes brightening sets, acne control solutions, and fragrances.

We partnered with Camou For Men early on, helping them establish their presence on TikTok. Our team led their TikTok Ads strategy, ensuring their video content reached the most relevant demographics to drive conversions through TikTok Shop. In parallel, we managed their affiliate recruitment efforts, allowing the brand to scale its video content pipeline and broaden brand awareness across the platform.

The Challenge

Camou For Men needed to scale its relatability and visibility on TikTok while maintaining a competitive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) against more established players in the skincare category.

Our Approach

As one of the few local skincare brands specifically catering to men, Camou For Men had a unique positioning we aimed to amplify. We launched aggressive TikTok Shop Ads campaigns that specifically targeted male demographics, leveraging this niche to gain stronger traction in a competitive market.

Working closely with the brand, we provided strategic recommendations on the kind of content to produce. With this close collaboration, our campaigns were able to feature both product-focused and User-Generated Content (UGC) videos that felt native to the TikTok platform and aligned with trending formats, driving both engagement and conversions.

In addition to our ad campaigns, we also assisted the brand’s affiliate recruitment efforts on TikTok.

Our team strategically onboarded both male and female affiliates whose content style and audience aligned with Camou’s brand identity, ensuring authentic and relatable content that resonated with target consumers.

This allowed Camou to scale its content production organically and strengthen brand awareness through more diverse creator voices.
