TL;DR
Philippine TikTok LIVE Auctions run on fixed rules: starting bids from PHP 1 to PHP 200,000, tiered bid increments (PHP 50 to PHP 1,500 per bid), timers from 10 seconds to 2 minutes, and a strict 15-minute payment window for winners. Auctions can't be ended early, can't be edited once running, and follow tighter return rules than regular orders — no exchanges, no 'change of mind' returns, and manual seller review on refunds.

Sellers can set a starting bid anywhere from PHP 1 to PHP 200,000 per auction, and viewers can bid up to a hard cap of PHP 200,000 in any single auction. The winning bid excludes shipping, payment fees, and taxes — those are added at checkout, so the final charge can be higher than the hammer price.
When viewers use the one-tap Fixed Price Bid, the platform sets the increment automatically based on the current price:
The alternative is a Custom Bid: the viewer sets a private maximum and the platform auto-bids in increments on their behalf until they win or are outbid. Two useful consequences follow. If only one person bids, they win at the current price — not their maximum. And when two custom bids collide, the price immediately jumps to the lower maximum plus one increment, so the higher maximum quietly leads.
Auctions run 10, 15, 20, or 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 2 minutes. Sellers choose one of two endings when creating the listing: extended bidding, where a bid in the final seconds resets the timer by 5, 7, or 10 seconds (repeating until bids stop), or sudden end, where the auction stops exactly on time. Three hard constraints apply: a started auction cannot be ended early (only ending the whole livestream stops it), nothing else can be pinned while an auction runs, and listings can't be edited or deleted mid-auction.
Winning creates an order automatically. If the winner has a bound card, it's charged instantly — they see "Congrats, you won!" and that's that. Without a bound card (or if the charge fails), a 15-minute countdown starts, backed by app push, inbox, and email reminders pointing to the Order Center. Miss the window and the order cancels, the item is marked unsold, and inventory returns to stock — sellers can also cancel manually from Seller Center without waiting out the timer. Before anyone can bid at all, viewers must accept the auction terms and register a payment method and shipping address.
Yes, but it's off by default and it's a genuine trade-off. COD widens the bidder pool — many PH buyers have no bound card — which drives participation and price. But COD winners have no financial commitment: they can refuse the parcel on delivery, and because the order already shipped, the 15-minute window offers no protection. The seller eats return shipping and relisting effort. The standard playbook: COD on for cheap, high-volume rounds; COD off for anything expensive or scarce.
It depends on where the order is in fulfillment. Before you mark it ready-to-ship, buyers can request cancellation and you review it manually. After ready-to-ship but before courier handover, same — manual review. Once the courier has it and delivery is on schedule, buyers cannot cancel at all. Two automatic exceptions: if you miss your dispatch SLA, cancellation requests auto-approve, and the same applies once the parcel is past its estimated delivery time without being out for delivery.
Auction aftersales are deliberately restrictive. Only refund-only and return-and-refund requests exist — no exchanges, no reshipments. The "no longer needed" (change-of-mind) reason is disabled entirely, and standard auto-approval mechanisms are switched off, so requests come to you for manual review. The catch: remaining valid return reasons are treated as seller-fault, and sellers cannot appeal to recover shipping costs on auction returns. Quality-check items on camera before the hammer drops.
Yes. From LIVE Manager's activity panel or settings, or from the chat in the app, sellers can block users showing suspicious bidding, repeated failed payments, or serial cancellations. Blocked users are ejected from the LIVE room immediately and can't re-enter until unblocked.
Stock is reserved the moment a bid wins. If payment succeeds, it's sold. If payment fails or the order cancels, the unit returns to available stock automatically — rerun the auction whenever you like. If nobody bid, nothing was deducted.
This is the rulebook — running a show inside it is its own skill. Huskee's Live Auction Selling service manages listings, COD strategy, host calls, and the payment-window hustle so nothing slips. PHP 200,000 per individual auction — both as the highest allowed starting bid and as the viewer bidding cap.
15 minutes. Bound cards are charged instantly; everyone else gets a countdown with reminders, after which the order cancels and stock returns.
No. Once started, an auction runs to completion — the only way out is ending the entire livestream.
Off. Sellers opt in per listing, and TikTok recommends keeping it off for high-value items to avoid refused deliveries.
No. The change-of-mind return reason is disabled for auction orders; only refund and return-and-refund requests under other reasons are possible, all manually reviewed.
The bid is the product price, but shipping, payment fees, and any taxes are added at checkout, so the final total can be higher.
